School Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Farrer Park)

Job scope: • Provide front-line customer service (deal with walk-ins and phone queries) • Handling of pupils who are not feeling well, late-corners and early dismissals, attending to pupil’s minor injuries • Provide administrative support such as contacting parents including printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry & data collation • Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Managers and Operations Manager Requirements: • At least 'O' or 'N' level certificate • Prior work experience in a school setting • Prior experience in managing/handling students Contract Period: Early November 2026 (estimated) to 31 January 2027 Work arrangement : Mondays to Fridays: 7am to 4.30pm (unpaid lunchbreak: 1 hr) Salary: $2760 per month Location: Farrer Park Primary School EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R26159658 BRANN LEONG CHUN HOE
