👮‍♂️ HIRING FULL TIME SECURITY CENTRE SUPERVISOR ARSLAN SRS Singapore 📌 Position: Security Centre Supervisor 💰 Salary: $6,500 – $7,100/month 📅 Working Days: 18 Days per Month 🕐 Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shift ☀️ 7:00am – 7:00pm 🌙 7:00pm – 7:00am 📆 Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays 📍 JOB ROLE We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Centre Supervisor to lead shift operations within a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) environment. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership during assigned shifts, ensuring effective incident response, coordination and oversight of security operations while supporting the broader Global Security team. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and supervise the Security Centre shift team • Ensure smooth operational coverage and shift readiness • Lead incident response and crisis management during assigned shifts • Manage and coordinate security incidents with proper escalation • Support the Global Security team during major incidents and emergencies • Monitor and operate security technologies, including: CCTV systems Access Control platforms Incident Management Systems • Ensure quality of shift outputs, including incident reports, briefings and documentation • Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders and senior leadership • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners • Maintain detailed incident logs and operational records • Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism and compliance 🔹 REQUIREMENTS • 3–5 years of relevant experience in: Law Enforcement Military Intelligence Operations SOC / GSOC environment Equivalent private-sector security operations • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience managing security operations or shift teams • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with security monitoring technologies • Able to operate effectively in a 24/7 operational environment 🔹 KEY COMPETENCIES ✔ Leadership & Team Coordination ✔ Crisis Management & Incident Command ✔ Strong Situational Awareness ✔ Operational Judgement & Decision-Making ✔ Senior Stakeholder Communication ✔ Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously If interested please whatsapp: 📲 Ops Admin: 8981 1123 📲 Ops Admin 2: 9789 2316 Terms & Conditions Apply
