Warehouse Operator

📦 Warehouse Operator 🛠️ Job Responsibilities • Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents . • Store materials in designated locations according to FIFO/FEFO requirements and specified storage conditions. • Issue raw materials, packaging materials and consumables according to production and order requirements. • Monitor inventory levels and promptly highlight low-stock situations or material shortages . • Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records. • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials and stock variances . • Maintain proper inventory records and support smooth material flow for production operations. • Follow workplace safety procedures, housekeeping standards and company policies. 👤 Job Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment will be an added advantage. • Willing to work rotating / odd shift hours . • Experience handling raw materials, inventory control or production support is preferred. • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar inventory management systems will be an advantage. • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records. • Responsible, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 📢 APPLY NOW!
