Admin Executive cum Field Survey (City Hall)

Job Scope: • Prepare and dispatch survey forms, monitor returns and remind respondents viaphone call to encourage timely returns • Clarify price changes with respondents • Support basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on system modules • Perform data entry of prices collected • Keep the CPI codes and selected/reserved status up-to-date and consistentacross data files to facilitate the loading of input files • Prepare excel working file for the parallel collection of prices fromestablishments via web extraction • Assist on various admin tasks • Coverprice collection via fieldwork when necessary Requirements: • At least an 'A' Level certificate or polytechnic diploma certificate in Business/Mathematics/Administration • Good knowledge of MS Office, (e.g. Excel, Word, Edge) Working Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday & Fridays: 8.30am to 6pm, Wednesdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm Contract Period: 11 months (estimated: 16 Nov 2026 to 15 Oct 2027) Salary: $3000/month Location: City Hall EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R26159658 BRANN LEONG CHUN HOE
