Sales Support Assistant X3 (Temporary-3 Months) Role is convertible and extendable after 3 months. Seeking a Sales Support Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team. Job Description : • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Client Management team. • Conduct market research and identify potential customers across industries such as Retail, E-commerce, Healthcare, FMCG, Automotive, and Wine & Spirits. • Support lead generation, initial outreach, appointment setting, and follow-ups with potential customers. • Assist with market mapping, competitor research, and tracking of industry trends and business opportunities. • Coordinate customer meetings, prepare meeting materials, maintain records, and support customer follow-ups. • Prepare sales reports, update sales pipelines and activity trackers, and maintain accurate prospect and customer databases. Job Requirements : • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). • Organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks; prior sales support, administrative or customer service experience is an advantage.
