Admin Officer (West, 1 Year)

Job Scope: • Assist the office administration and procurement matters • Arrange scholarship interviews during admissions • Assist in event management for outreach, admissions, alumni and student activities • Liaise with vendors for catering service • Handle venue and facilities booking • Coordinate the production of marketing materials • Update website and social media when necessary • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Admin Lead Location: Nanyang Avenue Duration: 1 Year Working Hours: Salary: $3000-3600/Month Requirements: • Experience in organising events and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred. • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, alumni, and external stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills. • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools. • Experience in website content management and digital communications is preferred.
