Job Scope The officer will be part of the School Administration Team (SAT) to provide operational support to ensure smooth and effective operations of the school: • Manage printing room, including printing of worksheets and exam papers, monitoring and maintaining stock (paper/laminating sheet/ink cartridge etc), ensuring the copier machines are in working conditions, sending worksheets to staff room • Assist Operations Manager in general maintenance of school environment and upkeep of school facilities such as reporting building and equipment defects, checking school supplies are well stocked, cleaning of special rooms • Ensure the security of the school including the opening and closing of school gates and rooms; operating the security alarm system; and reporting cases of security concern • Provide support for routine operational tasks and ad-hoc tasks such as logistical support for school events including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment; and performing traffic control or ushering duties • Assist the Operations Manager in-coordinating with Term Contractors for the maintenance of school ground, facilities and equipment • Carry out any other operational or administrative duties assigned by the school Requirements • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team. • Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage: o Printing o Logistics-related work o Logistics-related work • Able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role effectively. Contract Period: 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Oct 2027 Working Arrangement To be deployed at the following hours (in rotation with other colleagues) Mondays to Thursdays: • 6.15am to 3.30pm (with 15 min morning break) or • 8am to 5pm or • 10am to 7pm Fridays: • 6.15am to 3pm (with 15 min morning break) or • 8am to 4.30pm or • 10.30am to 7pm Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, unless with major school events Location: Clementi Salary: $2,400 – $2,600 per month EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
