Senior Project Specialist (Safety Policy & Consultancy Study) 4 Months

Project Specialist (Safety Champions & Risk Management) • (i) Study and propose safety checklists/reminders for ground use. • (ii) Review clauses in procurement documents to ensure reasonably practicable safety measures are put in place by vendors. • (iii) Conduct new hire briefings and milestone course briefings offsite. • (iv) Consolidate and harmonise different local safety management systems in high-risk divisions. • (v) Organise and coordinate best practice external visits. • (vi) Support supervisors in the Consultancy Study on Safety Management System. • (vii) Support supervisors to conceptualise and implement a Third-Party Risk Management framework to manage vendors. • (viii) Support supervisors in policy matters. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm Friday:8.30am to 5.30pm Duration: 10 October 2026 to 15 February 2027 Location: Jalan Besar Requirements • Certification in WSH, bizSAFE and /or ACLP is added advantage. • Prior experience in internship/work experience in safety management, policy development, and/or training management and e-learning would be a distinct advantage. • Strong analytical and research skills to study safety practices • Facilitation and presentation skills for conducting briefings • Strategic thinking to develop frameworks and propose practical safety measures • Creative communication skills with ability to translate technical safety concepts into engaging content • E-learning development experience and familiarity with learning management systems • Understanding of adult learning principles for developing effective training materials • Passion for workplace safety and genuine interest in creating safer work environments • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally • Proactive and self-motivated approach • Strong interpersonal skills • Attention to detail whilst maintaining big-picture perspective EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
