Assembly Manufacturing Team Leader

1. Fully responsible for all work on the front line of the production workshop under the leadership of the system production department head. 2. Responsible for assessing core indicators of each team and analyzing the causes of PQC, OQC, and human manufacturing violations, along with improvement measures. 3. Handle production site and process-related issues, and report production status to the department head or manager regularly. 4. Host daily meetings and organize relevant meetings for major issues in the production process, promoting various improvement activities. 5. Prepare daily and weekly production reports and submit them in a timely manner. 6. Coordinate and communicate with each team to handle production matters. 7. Inspect daily management work and address production issues reported by subordinates that cannot be resolved. 8. Execute production plans and continuous improvement work. 9. Follow up on trial production of new products. 10. Assist superiors in completing department-related work and implementing and promoting the company's quality policy and quality objectives. 11. Train and supervise, evaluate, and assess personnel and new employees.
