Industrial Engineering Engineer (IE Engineer)

1. Responsible for establishing and implementing the factory's lean production system, formulating IE-related standards and management systems. 2. Responsible for planning and optimizing the factory production line layout, establishing standard working hours, and conducting line balance analysis and improvements. 3. Responsible for capacity planning and accounting, improving production efficiency, promoting cost reduction projects, and implementing lean tools such as SMED, VSM, and Kaizen. 4. Implement 5S / visual management, analyze and standardize employee operations, and optimize work processes. 5. Responsible for lean production training, formulating and updating relevant SOPs, and completing data statistics and reviews of improvement projects. 6. Responsible for manufacturability assessment of new models, establishing standard working hours, and evaluating fixture requirements. 任职要求： 1. Associate degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering. 2. Over 3 years of experience as an IE engineer in the electronics manufacturing industry, with more than 2 years of experience in server PCBA or other electronics industries. 3. Proficient in establishing standard working hours, production line balancing, layout planning, and core lean production tools. 4. Experience in building IE systems from 0 to 1 in new factories, capacity ramp-up, and cost optimization projects. 5. Fluent in reading and writing in both Chinese and English, with strong project promotion and problem-solving abilities.
