"1. Responsible for daily warehouse operations management, implementing plans for raw material preparation, shipping and receiving, inventory counting, etc., ensuring timely completion of tasks during the shift. 2. Supervise warehouse staff to operate according to SOP, control the efficiency and accuracy of operations during the shift, and eliminate mis-shipments, missed shipments, and incorrect receipts. 3. Responsible for timely reporting and follow-up of inventory anomalies during the shift, as well as scheduling and daily management of personnel. 4. Maintain warehouse 5S, ESD, and safety production standards, responsible for onboarding training for new employees, guiding operational processes, and explaining safety regulations to help new employees quickly adapt to their roles. 5. Manage team members, allocate work effectively, provide on-the-job training, and collaborate with production, quality, and other departments." 任职资格： 1. More than 2 years of experience in leading a warehouse in the server or other electronics industry, familiar with the entire process of warehouse shipping, receiving, and material preparation. 3. Proficient in operating WMS/SAP systems, with skills in handling anomalies and coordinating personnel. 4. Lead team members to complete daily tasks, control efficiency, accuracy, and prevent losses.
