TE Engineer (FCT)

1. Responsible for the server product testing plan, writing test cases, and formulating testing schemes and specifications.\n2. Responsible for collecting materials required for the product FCT position, outsourcing fixtures and programs, acceptance, functional program development, debugging, and validation.\n3. Responsible for handling testing anomalies, process improvements, and optimizing testing programs to enhance testing yield, efficiency, and coverage.\n4. Lead the introduction, selection, debugging, and acceptance of new testing equipment and fixtures, promoting the implementation of testing automation.\n5. Responsible for training testing personnel, interfacing with customer testing requirements, and managing testing-related technical documentation.\n6. Optimize testing processes, reduce testing costs, and improve the level of testing automation. 任职资格： 1. Associate degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related fields. 2. Over 2 years of experience as a TE engineer in server PCBA or other electronics industries, familiar with the entire process of server hardware architecture and testing. 3. Proficient in FCT testing principles and fixture development, skilled in using the Linux operating system, with experience in writing Linux Shell scripts. 4. Experience in developing automated testing equipment and functional testing of server products is preferred. 5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong technical development and problem-solving abilities.
