Senior Technician - CEST

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Job Responsbilities: • Set up, implement, and maintain the SPC (Statistical Process Control) system. • Manage and maintain the DV Master Inventory system and master units. • Perform test software qualification for tester control-related changes. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot tester control and SPC system issues. • Set up SPC test systems for new products and tester configurations. • Monitor SPC data and perform periodic reviews to optimize system performance. • Support test software debugging with cross-functional teams. • Conduct tester control evaluations, design of experiments (DOE), and implement improvements. • Assist engineers with special evaluations, technical analysis, and improvement projects. • Manage, assign, and monitor engineering operators within the team. • Provide SPC system training to relevant departments when required. • Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, Housekeeping, ISO, and company requirements. • Revise DV duration when necessary and maintain accurate inventory records. • Stop tester operations when safety, quality, or tester control requirements are not met. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply risk-based thinking in daily tasks. • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Job Requirements: Education: Minimum: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, Science or related field Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in mass production environment, preferably in Test Engineering or related industry.
