Facilities Management Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the daily maintenance and operations of the warehouse and office facilities. • Manage and supervise external contractors performing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) servicing, cleaning, and security services. • Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, identify structural or equipment faults, and schedule prompt repairs. • Assist in budget planning, tracking facility expenses, and processing contractor invoices. • Ensure the building complies with all statutory regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental standards. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing industrial or commercial facilities. • Possession of a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is highly desirable. • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of responding to after-hours facility emergencies if required. WORK ARRANGEMENTS Full-time, permanent employment. 44 hours per week. Working pattern: Regular Hours. Location: East of Singapore.
