Admin cum Purchasing Assistant | Tampines | Up to $3,000 | Mon–Fri | Training Provided

Salary: Up to $3,000 basic Location: Tampines Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Job Responsibilities • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment • Handle incoming phone calls, emails and other communications • Scan, file and organize documents for easy retrieval • Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders and goods received notes • Arrange local and overseas deliveries • Track shipments and invoices to ensure timely follow-up • Maintain parts inventory for production and projects • Update project information and follow up on outstanding tasks • Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status • Source and evaluate suppliers based on product quality and pricing • Monitor supplier performance and follow up on quality issues • Check supplier invoices before payment processing • Maintain supplier price lists and payment records • Perform other administrative duties as required Requirements • Diploma in any relevant field • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Entry level, training provided • Good interpersonal and coordination skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable with data entry and administrative work • Basic understanding of purchasing, procurement and inventory • Good Excel skills • SAP, Ariba or Xero experience is an advantage • Semiconductor parts purchasing experience is an advantage
