Admin & Assistant Buyer (Oil & Gas) | Gul Drive| Up to $3,000 + VB | Mon–Fri

Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + Variable Bonus Location: Gul Drive Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Job Summary Support the Lead Buyer with purchasing and administrative tasks, including supplier coordination, purchase orders and delivery follow-ups. Job Responsibilities • Handle daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry and scheduling • Assist with preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries • Contact suppliers for quotations and follow up on orders • Maintain records of purchase requests, order status, invoices and supplier information • Assist the Buyer in comparing prices, product quality and delivery timelines • Handle calls and emails and coordinate with internal teams • Ensure documents are accurate and properly filed • Assist with store-related administrative work • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management Requirements • GCE O Level or above • At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience in the Oil & Gas industry • Experience using spreadsheets
