Account Executive | Outram | Up to S$2,750 + Allowances & Bonus | Mon–Fri | Entry Level, Training Provided

Salary: Up to S$2,750 + S$80 allowance + bonus Location: Outram Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:15pm Job Responsibilities • Prepare and issue cheques • Prepare tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes • Handle petty cash • Prepare receipts, outgoing vouchers and journal vouchers • Prepare GIRO application forms for customers and vendors • Prepare bank remittance application forms • Prepare Letter of Credit application forms • Handle stationery and paper allocation • Attend to queries from the Department of Statistics • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification • LCCI Level 3 or equivalent qualification will be considered • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage • Entry Level, Trainin Provided
