Account Executive

• Up till $2,750 basic + Allowances $80 + Bonus • Work Location: Outram Rd • Work time: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm • Stable & Professional Work Environment • Exposure to Full-Spectrum Accounting Functions • Work with Large-Scale Engineering Projects • Career Growth & Professional Development Opportunities Job Description: • Issuing of cheques • Preparing tax invoices • Preparing credit notes • Preparing debit notes • Petty cash • Preparing receipt / outgoing / journal voucher • Preparing “giro application form” from customer and vendor • Preparing bank – remittance application form • Preparing letter of credit application form • Stationery & paper apportionment • Attend to queries from “Department of Statistics” • Other ad-hoc duties Requirements: • • Diploma in Accounting (LCC Level 3 / equivalent) • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
