Senior Finance Executive (Real Estate/Property Developers industries) | S$5,000 basic + bonus

Senior Finance Executive • Up to S$5,500 basic + mobile allowance + variable bonus + AWS • Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm • South Beach Tower A leading regional property developer with a strong presence across Asia, the company is involved in property development and investment, with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial and integrated developments. Key Responsibilities • Manage AP, AR, payments, GL, fixed assets, CapEx and month-end closing. • Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis. • Handle GST returns and review corporate tax computations. • Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, journals and supporting schedules. • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial team. • Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial performance. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies. • Support HQ and outsourced finance teams on reporting and AR/AP processes. • Work with IT on finance system initiatives and other ad-hoc duties. Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting/audit experience. • Must have experience in real estate or property development. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, GST and tax compliance. • Experience with Yardi or IFCA is preferred. • CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is an advantage. • Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
