Reservations and Customer Care Executive

Location: Orchard Area Key Responsibilities • Handle room reservation enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings accurately and efficiently • Provide clear information on room options, promotions, and hotel offerings • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate • Respond to guest requests professionally and in a timely manner • Ensure reservation details are recorded accurately in booking systems • Support administrative tasks related to reservations and room inventory • Maintain high service standards in all guest communications Requirements • Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality operations is an advantage • Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette • Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy • Comfortable using computer systems and reservation platforms • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays • Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) Tan Jin Kai (R23115830)
