Planning & Procurement Executive

Salary: Up to $3,200/month Working Location: Alps Avenue (Company transport provided from multiple MRT stations) Working Hours: Rotating Shift Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Job Highlights • Join a well-established logistics and freight forwarding company • Exposure to air freight planning, procurement and shipment coordination • Opportunity to work closely with airlines, customers and internal teams Job Responsibilities • Monitor and plan cargo space to maximize shipment and loading efficiency • Follow up on shipment status and keep customers and relevant stakeholders updated • Liaise with airlines on freight rates, tracking and other operational matters • Manage and review buying and selling rates with customers and carriers • Ensure shipments are completed and uplifted on time at agreed rates • Handle RFQs and tenders • Coordinate with the Sales team on customer enquiries and provide suitable logistics solutions • Plan and manage bumped shipments for consolidation • Make bookings with various carriers • Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment schedules • Prepare progress and profit/loss reports for the team and stakeholders Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics or a related field • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Good organizational and time-management skills • Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Working Hours Morning Shift • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm • Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm Night Shift • Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 1:30am • Alternate Saturday/Sunday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) Tan Jin Kai (R23115830)
