Airfreight Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive (Import)

Location: Changi Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm & alternate Saturday 9am-1pm Looking to grow your career in airfreight forwarding? This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end export shipments while working closely with customers, airlines, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. This position is suitable for candidates with airfreight export experience who are organised, service-oriented, and confident in handling shipment coordination. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including arrival coordination, documentation, customs clearance, delivery arrangement, billing, and shipment closure • Act as the main point of contact for customers on import shipment enquiries, updates, and issue resolution • Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution • Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with internal procedures, SLAs, and KPIs • Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues proactively • Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and supporting documentation • Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality • Support junior team members on import procedures and documentation where required (For Senior position) Requirements • Experience in airfreight import customer service or operations • Good knowledge of end-to-end airfreight export processes, including documentation, customs requirements, and billing • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills • Good communication and customer service skills • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments effectively • Hands-on experience with CargoWise is an advantage Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) Tan Jin Kai (R23115830)
