Concierge (Jaguar and Land Rover)

Responsibilities • Attend to showroom walk-in clients and corporate guests • Ensure showroom is in tip top condition as per checklist • Generate showroom reports and maintain prospect database • Handle sales of merchandise and monitor stock availability, replenishing as and when required • Provide support for Marketing activities and events • Cover for café duties • Any other tasks assigned by your superior Requirements • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience • Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative • Required to work on weekends and public holidays
