• Attractive Salary and Commission Package • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for Skills Development As a Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic), you will be responsible for the following duties: • Welcome patients and ensure a warm, friendly and positive check-in experience • Assist doctors with aesthetic treatments and medical procedures • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily schedule • Maintain accurate and updated patient records and medical documentation. • Prepare treatment rooms and assist with the cleaning and sterilisation of medical equipment. • Attend to incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries. • Provide administrative and operational support to doctors and medical staff as needed. • Monitor clinic supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations. • Ensure the clinic remains clean, organised and professional at all times. Requirements: • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent Field. • Prior working experience in aesthetic clinic or salon is a plus.
