Fleet Executive

Job Description – Fleet Executive Reporting To: Fleet Manager Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating fleet maintenance, inspections, licence renewals and repairs to ensure vehicles and equipment are safe, operational and properly maintained. Key Responsibilities 1. Ensure timely renewal of vehicle road tax, VPC and SCDF transport licences. 2. Arrange periodic inspections for vehicles, pressure vessels, cranes and other equipment. 3. Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles, machinery and equipment. 4. Coordinate repairs and obtain Fleet Manager’s approval for external repairs when required. 5. Source and compare quotations from contractors, vendors and suppliers for repairs, spare parts and maintenance. 6. Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair work. 7. Ensure all servicing and inspections are completed according to schedule. Job Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle maintenance experience. 3. Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 5. Good communication and teamwork skills. 6. Valid Class 3 driving licence.
