Senior Executive, Client Servicing (Event Management)

Responsibilities Client Servicing & Relationship Management • Manage client relationships from confirmation through post-event follow-up • Coordinate event requirements, updates and client communications • Address queries, changes and last-minute requests professionally • Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams • Gather feedback and support future client engagement Event Planning & Operations • Coordinate event planning, logistics and on-site execution • Prepare event briefs, run sheets and operational plans • Liaise with internal teams, venues and external vendors • Support setups, rehearsals, walkthroughs and event breakdowns • Manage on-site coordination and resolve issues as needed • Ensure events run smoothly and meet client and venue standards Marketing Support • Assist with event invitations, EDMs and social media content • Support event promotions and partner marketing activities • Maintain event photos, testimonials and promotional materials Administrative Support • Maintain accurate event and client records • Update CRM systems and event documentation • Track timelines, approvals and coordination tasks • Assist with invoices, vendor documents and event reporting Requirements • Experience in hospitality, MICE, events or client servicing • Understanding of event operations and on-site execution • Experience with venue and vendor coordination • Basic knowledge of marketing and event promotion • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM or event management tools We regret to inform you that only shortlisted applicants will be notified EA Personnel: Linda Lim | EA Personnel No: R1221302 | EA License No: 02C4944 | HP: 8092 7381
