Our Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Specialist who is good in communication and friendly! Get to learn more about spinal health and get a crack at the actual experience! (Pun intended) Job Description: • Greet guests at the front desk • Handle registration and billing transactions • Arrange and organise consultation appointments including scheduling of appointments and calling patients to remind them of appointments • Receiving of phone calls and replying of emails • General administrative and housekeeping duties within the branch • Willing to assist with sales and closing of sales • Any other duties as assigned by the Management Job Specification: • Enjoys meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to work retail hours • Knowledge of basic computer skills • The role requires to service the clients with English and Mandarin • Preferably a year of related experience required • Full-time • Locations: Island-wide available Interested candidate please WhatsApp or send a copy of your resume to 88313478.
