Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell wellness packages and related services to customers. • Conduct outdoor/on-the-road sales activities, roadshows and customer outreach programmes. • Approach and engage potential customers professionally and confidently. • Explain wellness packages, promotions, and benefits clearly to customers. • Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals. • Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships. • Assist in setting up and supporting sales events, booths, and promotional activities. • Gather market feedback and report customer trends to management. • Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales records and customer information. • Represent the company positively and maintain excellent customer service standards. Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent. • Prior experience in direct sales, roadshows, retail, wellness, healthcare or beauty sales will be an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sales-driven, confident, and customer-oriented personality. • Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to different locations. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Willing to work weekends or public holidays when required for occasional events or roadshows. Preferred Qualities: • Energetic, enthusiastic and customer-focused personality. • Experience in roadshows, event sales, or corporate wellness programmes. • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers from different backgrounds.
