• Excellent career progression structure • Opportunities for professional development • Good overall company benefits As a Building Executive (Grade A Building), you will be responsible for the following duties: • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. • Conduct regular inspections of the building, common areas, and facilities, and coordinate rectification works where required. • Manage outsourced service providers, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and maintenance contractors. • Coordinate preventive maintenance, M&E inspections, and unit fit-out/reinstatement activities. • Monitor and maintain fire protection systems, execute fire drills, and support emergency response initiatives. • Manage the use of common facilities and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. • Prepare and monitor operational and capital expenditure budgets. • Support contract administration, procurement, and documentation for building operations. • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve operational issues and implement improvement works. • Build positive tenant relationships by addressing feedback promptly and providing after-hours emergency support when required.
