Job Description Responsibilities • Process payments and issue cheques • Prepare tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes • Handle petty cash transactions • Prepare receipts and accounting vouchers • Process GIRO application forms for customers and vendors • Prepare bank remittance application forms • Prepare Letter of Credit application forms • Assist with cost apportionment and general accounting administration • Attend to enquiries and submissions to the Department of Statistics • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Requirements • Diploma in Accounting • Basic knowledge of accounting principles • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage • Meticulous, organised and willing to learn • Able to work independently and as part of a team • email- lucas.chang@swiftsearchglobal.com whatsapp- 93392324 EA Personnel Name: Lucas Chang EA Personnel No: R1874043 EA License No: 18C9495
