Mechanical Engineer (ACMV / M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of ACMV works for building projects. • Review project specifications, drawings and technical requirements. • Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, checklists and technical submissions. • Assist with ACMV system design and calculations, including airflow and static pressure requirements. • Coordinate ACMV works with architectural, electrical, plumbing and other M&E services. • Support equipment selection and sizing for systems such as AHU, FCU, ductwork and chilled-water piping. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on project requirements. • Attend site inspections and resolve technical/site coordination issues. • Assist in testing, balancing and commissioning of ACMV systems. • Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation. • Support project progress and ensure works are carried out according to specifications, schedule and safety requirements. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Candidates with ACMV, HVAC, M&E or building-services experience will have an added advantage. • Basic knowledge of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems will be advantageous. • Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant engineering software will be advantageous. • Willing to work in a project/site environment. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a project team. • email- lucas.chang@swiftsearchglobal.com • whatsapp- 93392324 EA Personnel Name: Lucas Chang EA Personnel No: R1874043 EA License No: 18C9495
