Job ID: 20422 • Location: Tai Seng • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm • Salary: up to $3,500 (Depending on experiences) Job Description Responsible for processing customer work pieces according to customer requirements in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment. Processing of work pieces includes the following tasks: • Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks. • Dicing and/ or grinding of work pieces on the company's machines. • Collect measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications. • Pack customer work pieces accordingly. • Discussion with customers on technical requirements. Provide recommendations on best processing method. • Project management and follow-up of all customer enquiries. • Follow operating procedures and work flows. • Liaise with internal stakeholders within Singapore and with Japan. • Suggest improvements to work flow and/ or ideas for cost reduction. Job Requirement • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering field. • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment will be advantageous. • Hands-on with an eye for details and great organisational skills. • Pro-active with a positive mindset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Machine training will be provided.
