• Excellent Career Progression Opportunities • Competitive Remuneration Package • Fun & Dynamic Work Environment As a Executive (Membership Development & Guest Experience), you will be responsible for the following duties: • Increase guest visitation and membership sign-ups through outstanding customer service and engaging guest experiences. • Support the Supervisor in daily operations, as well as festive and ad-hoc events. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of in-house programmes, products and services, and proactively communicate the latest updates to guests. • Work closely with various departments, including Reservations, Transport and F&B, to ensure guests’ requests and enquiries are handled promptly and effectively. • Support cross-functional projects, including administrative duties and coordination with other business units when required. Requirements: • Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
