BIM Modeller (Electrical / MEP) | Revit & AutoCAD

Our client, an established engineering company in Singapore, is looking for a BIM Modeller (Electrical / MEP) to support its project team on building-services works. Job Responsibilities • Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings based on project and as-built drawings. • Develop, update and coordinate MEP / Electrical BIM models using Revit . • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements. • Work closely with project and engineering teams to update and amend drawings for coordination purposes. • Assist in preparing and organising documentation for project records and BIM submissions. • Maintain accurate drawing revisions and documentation. • Support the Project Manager and project team with project completion activities. • Perform other project-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements • ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP . • Able to read and understand electrical drawings. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work effectively as part of a project team. • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and BIM software knowledge are encouraged to apply. Benefits • Annual Bonus equivalent to approximately 1 month basic salary , subject to company policy. • Variable Bonus . • 14 days Annual Leave , increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service, up to 21 days. • Outpatient medical claims of up to S$500 per year .
