Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sector-wide plans that promote coordinated, community-based care for seniors. • Design funding models, incentives and evaluation frameworks to support desired care outcomes. • Drive the transformation and future planning of the Community Care Sector. • Build stakeholder partnerships and oversee data collection and analysis to identify sector needs and recommend initiatives. • Support key Programme Office workstreams and ensure alignment with broader policy objectives. • Provide secretariat support for key meetings and stakeholder platforms.
