Housekeeping Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Directs the work assignments of the assigned area to Room Attendants and other non-supervisory personnel. • Ensure that housekeeping personnel are familiar with in-house facilities and services to effectively assist and respond to guest inquiries. • Conducts daily inspections of all rooms within the assigned area to ensure that all furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean, well maintained, and in good working condition. • Ensure that guest requests are promptly addressed while company policies and standard procedures are implemented and maintained. • Monitors and oversees key housekeeping functions, including lost and found, key control, security, and emergency procedures, to promote the safety, health, and security of both guests and employees. • Ensures that all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment are available and maintained for daily operation.
