We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable. ” JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in campaign planning, including brainstorming ideas, preparing proposals, and aligning with internal stakeholders. • Support implementation of campaigns across multiple platforms (TV, digital, social media). • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets. • Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies. • Help manage timelines, budgets, sales tracker and documentation for ongoing projects. REQUIREMENTS: • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. • Strong interest in media, content, and marketing campaigns. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital/social media platforms.
