We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable. ” JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Responsible for sales performance & business growth, with monthly reporting with strategies to support growth and market trend. • Identify potential business partners • Work with Master Distributor to deliver agreed business results. • Account management – responsible for regular reviews, updates and strategies sharing with Retail Partners to best aligned with the overall Company’s visions and strategy • Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Marketing and Sales Programs Ensure high impact brand visibility and brand experience in Retailer’s stores, such as POSM deployment, in-store brandings & signage. • Supervise / manage the activities of the Master Distributor on selling, distribution and merchandising. • Coordinate with Head Office on the Master Distributor's Sales Performance and activities • Conduct monthly Business Reviews with regional Master Distributor on their monthly performance • Provide prompt information on competitive activities, market changes and conditions and trade & customers complaints to his superior and the departments concerned. • Drive digital adoption in Business Partners – e.g.: embracing and advocating the adoption of new digital sales tools, software, platform and processes. • Ensure process centricity and governance in the regional retail business – including execution and monitoring of local and nationwide campaigns, incentive SOP, contract management, compliance, policies and rules of trade REQUIREMENTS: WHO YOU ARE: • Degree or Diploma holder preferably in business related discipline. • Experience in handling direct sales operation or end user selling environment. • Good communication skills. Ability to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia & English. • Familiar with area of operation. • Ability to understand and converse in local dialects. • Computer literate.
