Location: Orchard Area Hours: 44 hours, 5 days work week, Operational Shift Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests warmly on arrival and departure • Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery • Escort guests to rooms and share hotel information • Support guest requests, directions, and transportation arrangements • Handle packages, messages, mail, and deliveries • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and concierge areas • Support Front Office and Concierge operations during busy periods • Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, and special arrangements Requirements • Experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest service is an advantage • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Service-oriented, positive, and professional • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Physically able to lift and transport luggage safely • Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays • Basic spoken and written English Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) Tan Jin Kai (R23115830)
