Senior Accounts Executive • Salary : $3,500 - $4,500 Basic + VB • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Working Location: Tuas Avenue, Singapore 639107 About the Company Our client is an established Singapore-based Fire & Gas safety solutions provider , looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join its finance team. The Senior Accounts Executive will manage end-to-end accounting operations , with a strong focus on AP, AR, GST, taxation, month-end closing, and audit matters . The successful candidate should be hands-on, independent, detail-oriented, and proficient in MYOB . Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) , including invoice verification, approvals, payments, and supplier reconciliations. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) , including invoicing, ageing reports, Statements of Account (SOA), and collection follow-ups. • Prepare and submit GST returns and other statutory filings accurately and on time. • Support corporate tax computations and liaise with external tax agents. • Maintain accurate General Ledger (GL) entries and support month-end and year-end closing. • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for internal and external audits . • Liaise directly with external auditors and provide the required information and documentation. • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements. • Use MYOB for day-to-day accounting operations and reporting. • Support ERP-related activities and system improvements; Odoo ERP experience will be an advantage. • Assist with improving accounting processes, internal controls, and system workflows. • Perform other finance and accounting duties as required. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline . • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience . • Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, GST, taxation, and month-end closing . • Good audit experience, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors . • Proficient in MYOB is essential. • Experience with ERP systems , particularly Odoo. • Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
