Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Job Description • Manage reception/front desk and assist visitors, students, parents and staff. • Handle phone calls, messages and visitor enquiries. • Assist sick/injured students and manage sickbay records. • Handle lost & found items, spare uniforms and found cash records. • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and document distribution. • Maintain key issuance and staff contact records. • Prepare student-related letters, certificates and name tags. • Support relief duty notifications and emergency procedures. • Assist with bus/facility bookings, photocopying, filing, scanning and data entry. • Provide administrative support during peak periods and perform other duties as assigned Requirements • GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent. • At least 3 years of experience as a Receptionistcum Administrative Assistant in a secondary school. • Prior experience in a secondary school environmentis an added advantage. • Relevant certificates such as First Aid, OfficeSkills, WSQ Office Skills or Workplace Literacy are advantageous. • Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
