Administrative Support Officer

Job Description • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors. • Handle phone calls, emails and walk-in enquiries professionally. • Attend to feedback, complaints and requests from stakeholders. • Assist with school correspondence, newsletters and publications. • Provide clerical and administrative support to teaching staff. • Update and maintain accurate administrative records and data. • Attend to students at the sickbay and provide basic care when required. • Perform other duties assigned by the Administration Manager. Requirements • Prior school experience, preferably in an administrative role. • Experience in general administration and caring for young children. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
