Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description • Greet and assist visitors, students and parents professionally. • Handle front-counter enquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel. • Answer and manage incoming calls, take messages and transfer calls. • Provide basic first aid and health support to unwell or injured students. • Maintain sickbay and medical supply records, including supply requests. • Contact parents/guardians regarding student illness or injury and arrange pick-up when required. • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, mail distribution and delivery registration. • Record student late-coming, early release and sickbay attendance. • Occasionally accompany students to external events or hospitals when required. • Support other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the school. Requirements • Minimum GCE N Level qualification. • Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office andGoogle collaborative tools. • Preferably 3 years of experience in front deskreception or administrative roles. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to multitask and work independently as well asin a team. • Calm, positive and willing to learn. • Able to provide basic first aid to students
