Science Laboratory Assistant cum Receptionist/Admin Support Assistant

Job Description • Prepare Science lesson materials, teaching aids and experimental setups. • Maintain Science Labs, including cleanliness, safety and educational displays. • Organise and return Science equipment and teaching aids after lessons. • Conduct inventory checks and update stock records. • Check, record and dispose of damaged or expired materials. • Assist teachers with Science activities, performance tasks and recess activities. • Provide front-line customer service for school and MOE Kindergarten enquiries. • Provide general administrative support, including calls, printing, scanning, filing and data entry. • Assist with students who are unwell, late or leaving school early. • Perform other duties assigned by the school management Requirements • GCEO-Level or equivalent • Able toprepare and set up Science activities and experiments. • Able tomanage laboratory supplies and inventory. • Goodcustomer service, communication and interpersonal skills. • Able toperform general office administration and simple data entry. • Preferably1 year of experience in school laboratory operations. • Preferably 1 year of experience in school frontline/office administration
