Job ID: 20160 • Location: Labrador Park • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm • Salary: up to $4,700 (Depending on experiences) Job Description We are looking for a flexible candidate who have interest and would like to learn in-depth on supply chain. • Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc • Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc) • Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management) *May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting) • Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock) • Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost) Job Requirement • We are looking for a candidate who possess the following skills: a. Teamwork b. Communication skills c. Time management and accuracy d. Problem solving e. Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc) f.
