Benefits: Variable Bonuses Working Hours: 4 X Weekdays + 1 Weekend (9am-6pm) Key Responsibilities • Support daily centre operations, including client registration, attendance, payments, and record management. • Handle enquiries, calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups. • Assist in preparing teaching/therapy materials and support classes when required. • Maintain centre organisation, cleanliness, and inventory. • Ensure proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and accurate reporting. • Build strong relationships with parents, manage feedback, and conduct centre tours. • Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets, and coordination, including support for interns. • Prepare financial reports, invoices, and assist with regular submissions to HQ/ECDA. • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
