Operations Executive

Job Description • Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, facilities and common areas. • Conduct regular inspections and follow up on rectification works. • Maintain inventory for emergency preparedness exercises. • Supervise cleaning contractors and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards. • Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services. • Conduct operational inspections and address feedback. • Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required. • Provide security control at the school foyer during school days and events. • Perform other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager/Assistant Manager and School Leaders. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in school operations. • Physically fit and healthy. • Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Able to communicate effectively in English
