Academic Services Executive (West)

• Managed student administration, including records, matriculation, orientation, visa applications, tuition fees, graduation documents and certifications. • Coordinated timetables, lectures and examinations, including venue bookings, teaching materials, exam papers, invigilation and results processing. • Supported student progression and development, including internships, thesis placements, scholarships, counselling and resolution of student matters. • Liaised with faculty, partner universities and external organisations to ensure smooth delivery of academic programmes, policies and accreditation requirements. • Planned and supported graduation, orientation, career and alumni events, while assisting with reporting, budgeting, process improvements and marketing outreach activities. Requirement: • Degree/Diploma in any field with 5–6 years of relevant education industry experience, including supervisory or management experience. • Proficient in MS Office, CRM and AI tools, with strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
