Service Sales Manager (Access Control & Solutions)

About the role Seeking a Service Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the East Region. This is a full-time position offering a strategic opportunity to drive sales growth, build long-term client relationships, and manage a portfolio of service offerings. As a Service Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, developing client partnerships, and delivering exceptional service solutions that align with our clients' needs and our company's objectives. What you'll be doing • Identify and pursue new business opportunities , developing a strong sales pipeline and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Present service solutions and proposals to prospective and existing clients, tailoring offerings to meet specific business requirements • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy and identify emerging opportunities in the service sector • Collaborate with internal teams including operations and delivery to ensure seamless service implementation and client onboarding • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to senior decision-makers and stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems and sales reporting tools • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals whilst maintaining profitability and business objectives • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and business insights to management • Build and expand your professional network to generate referrals and business development opportunities What we're looking for • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field and graduate in engineering (BE/Diploma) is preferred • At least 7 years of experience in Service-Sales Management , with a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams, preferably within the security, access control, or related industries • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
