Senior Accounts Executive

Senior Accounts Executive Roles and Responsibilities • Handle and maintain a full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and fixed assets. • Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports. • Manage month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries. • Prepare and submit GST returns, GST reconciliations and supporting documents in compliance with IRAS requirements. • Support corporate taxation, including ECI, tax schedules, tax computation and liaison with tax agents. • Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables and follow up on outstanding payments. • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors for annual statutory audits. • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting and budget-versus-actual analysis. • Ensure proper financial controls, documentation, approval processes and compliance with accounting policies. • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, government agencies and internal departments on finance-related matters. Minimum Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience handling a full set of accounts. • Good knowledge of Singapore GST, taxation and accounting requirements. • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work independently.
